Niall O'Hare


Niall O’Hare graduated from University of Ulster in 2005, he then undertook his LPC qualification thereafter undertaking para legal work with two large law firms based in England before commencing his apprenticeship within the firm in 2009 and qualifying as a solicitor in 2010.  Niall has increasing experience of Employment Tribunal practice and procedure and plaintiff and defence litigation for both the private and commercial client.

 

Brendan has a wide portfolio of clients and specialises in defence civil litigation and commercial litigation and arbitration. Allied to this he is also involved in corporate manslaughter and HSC investigations.  Brendan also has a keen interest in commercial transactions generally including company acquisition and disposal, and is a key advisor to a major waste management company.  

Brendan has also successfully litigated in company disputes between shareholders and has most recently been involved in advising on the impact of the NAMA legislation in Northern Ireland. Brendan has a reputation for assertive practice married to a practical interpretation of law to assist clients in pursuing their interests, bearing in mind the testing economic climate that exists today.
